Company Proposes Rights Issue of Rs. 9,992.27 Lakhs.

1.      Who is entitled : Equity shareholders holding share as on the record date i.e. Monday, the 21st December 2009 and their renounces shall be entitle to subscribe to the Rights Issue.

2.      Ratio:   Every Equity Shareholder holding two equity shares of Rs. 10/- as on the Record Date shall be entitled to subscribe for three equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.

3.      Pricing: Equity Shares in the Rights Issue are offered at Rs. 33.50 (including premium of Rs. 23.50) per equity share.

4.     Issue schedule : The Issue will open on December 29, 2009 and close on January 15, 2010, and the last date for request for Split Application Forms will be January 6, 2010.

5.       Issue Size : Total 2,98,27,655 Equity Shares are offered for cash at a premium of Rs. 23.50 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 9,992.27 lakhs
